Why are LIVE animals now being listed on eBay?

I thought it was against eBay policy to sell live animals. 
I keep seeing listings, and despite reporting them, they are still active.

They are likely animal abusing scumbags who only care about $$$$

What are the item numbers so more of us can report them ? 

If they still remain, maybe contact someone like Oscar's Law for what else you can do
