Sandy, do you mean you want see all of your items in side by side gallery view. rather than list view?

If that is what you are after, under the tab at the top of your page where is says 'all items' there should be two little icons saying 'view as', you click the one you want to change how your page appears.

Im sorry Im not sure what you mean re the not being able to access purchase details as that would only happen on your sold page, not your active items.

If the drop downs arent appearing to the right of your sold items, try a cache and cookie clear or reboot your computer.
