Why can't I sell something with a starting bid of $100?

Ebay wont let me and notification says "This listing would cause you to exceed the amount you can list. You can list up to $10.00 more in total sales this month. Please consider reducing the starting price or request to list more." 
First time selling on ebay in years and can't even list one item?  Have rules changed or something?

Have you already signed up for and been verified for Managed Payments?

Thanks for your help. Wild, my selling limit is $10 hahahaha. I dont have anything I want to sell for $10. Ebay has changed a lot it seems.

Sandy asked "Have you already signed up for and been verified for Managed Payments? ". If you haven't that will cause a lot of problems with listing. You have previous feedback as a seller so you should be able to ask for a limit increase through the link you posted before.
