Buyer is a serial pest as seen by his feedback but sellers can't leave negative feedback as evidenced by the 100% positive score of the buyer. He habitually bids and does not pay but nothing has happened yet and his score still stands at 100%. I would like to leave negative feedback and ruin his perfect rating as he did mine!
