Why does eBay not allow reporting of misleading descriptions, such as UVC wands, which are not UVC?

In the current pandemic, unscrupulous traders are selling so-called UVC wands as if they were real, and able to sterilize. Since UVC is cancer causing, any 'wand' open like those shown would be dangerous if they really were UVC, rather than a harmless blue light. Yet eBay doesn't have any way to report such violations.

There is a Report button on every listing.....or you can go to Live Chat and report it to them.
