Why does ebay keep removing my listing of Lorna Jane gym tights when there is hundreds of sellers selling Lorna Jane pre owned gym tights?

I am trying to list two pairs of Lorna Jane gym tights in a bundle sell. Both worn only a few times and washed clean. eBay keeps removing the listing saying it violatees hygiene regulations... However when I search "Lorna Jane gym tights" on ebay, hundreds of options come up- most of them pre owned condition!
i am feeling very singled out as dont understand why everyone else can make money if these similar items but not me!
