Why doesn't Ebay offer the 100 Free Listings anymore? It's been a while since they have been offered

I'm finding that business is slow since the amount of listings that were regularly offered have dropped off. Ebay was regularly offering 100 free listings (even 200 at times) at least twice a month. This meant more items listed and more business generated. 

With the lack of free listings being offered, other than the 40 a month, business has dropped right off for me. I'm findning this very frustrating, as I had a regular cash flow coming through which has now dwindled because my listings are so limited!

I know you can sell in bulk but that doesn't suit all the items I have on offer. I know you can set up a second ebay account but why should I have to? And the limitations are still there. Setting up an ebay store doesn't seem worth it after I have done my numbers. 

Please eBay - bring back the regular free listings!!!!!
