Wherever possible I prefer to buy via a company's eBay store for safety & so that I dont end up on data bases. So why is it that certain sellers then correspond with me directly & not via eBay?
If you have dealt with them in the past they'll have your email for the Paypal payment, I have some sellers like that that email me directly - but those emails go straight to my junk folder and never get opened.
