Why would Ebay remove my Tiffany Jewellery listing?

Hi there,

Was hoping for some advice. I was selling a Tiffany Bracelet, which was given as a gift, by a cheating EX. I listed as pre-owned etc. But did not have any receipts or box for it. 

A few people enquired, and to be honest, I told them this - that it was a gift and I had no receipts etc.

2 days before the auction is to end, I got my listing removed, for the following reasons:

When removing listings eBay considers many things, such as:
-- Reports from rights owners, law enforcement officials, and members of the eBay community
-- Selling history
-- Past policy violations 
-- Insufficient description or photos
-- Selling Feedback

I'm a bit confused, as I'm not sure if I did something wrong, or if someone just complained, that I had no receipts for them?

I had a past policy violation post posting perfume and another for using a Google picture, would this be it?

Why on earth would it cost $US25 to post the Tiffany key ring to Australia?
