Hello all,
I have recently sold a few items on eBay for the first time in about 7 years.(have bought many!) The items have all been paid for and posted and according to the tracking numbers all have been delivered. 3 out of the 6 buyers have not left feedback. There has been no communication from them suggesting that they are unhappy with the Items.
1.Why do you think they would not leave feed back?
2.Is this of any detriment to me as a seller not to receive feed back ( in my ratings) and..
3.how would any of you suggest from experience that I go about chasing it(if you think I should).
I am concerned about listing any more Items for fear that I am doing something wrong and I am a bad seller in some way!
Thanks in advance for any of your words of wisdom!
Feedback is voluntary not mandatory.
As a seller if you have not received FB and the buyer has not contacted you with a problem then assume all is good and move on.
Do not ask for it as you may not like what is left.
As a buyer feedback means very little as seller can only leave +ive FB and all it does is show the buyer purchased.
There is not a lot you can do with FB unless you want to read it repeatedly.
Forget and move on.
More and more buyers and sellers are not leaving FB these days.
