Will Ebay remove neutral feedback with the defamation form?

I am really hoping someone can answer my question or at least point me in the right direction. I received my first ever neutral feedback and managed to get really lucky and get 2 in 1 day.

Anyway the first neutral had glowingly positive and happy comments. I emailed  the new buyer asking them to revise the feedback or remove it if it was placed there by accident. They have not bothered to respond. They loved the item. The item was posted on the same day and postage charged was the actual cost so there was no issue whatsoever.

The second one I received might be warranted but I think it is harsh. I noticed a tiny virtually unnoticeable crack in the join of the handle of a tea cup about 30 minutes after the sale. I immeadiately emailed and refunded the buyer explaining human error.

The feedback said. "sale cancelled due to damage, item should never have been listed".

I think that is quite harsh to state that it should never have been listed. I would not have listed it if I was aware of any issues with it. It implies that I sell rubbish

Anyway, by far my worst day of trading on Ebay thus far. Two neutrals in 1 day with a perfect history up until now.:-(

Does anyone have any advice as to what I can do to possibly remove them? I spoke to Ebay Chat which was a complete waste of time.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
