Hi, I have a buyer wanting to return an item at her expense. She says the cardigan is lovely & fine but it is too big for her. All measurements, size etc were on the listing. Normally I would accept the return & relist but with the new rules coming in will I be penalised in some way? The new rules are confusing - Am I correct in believing there is some kind of penalty just for the buyer contacting you by email after the sale?
