Hi,
A buyer purchased an item from me and paid via paypal (prior to confirming the payment). the buyer voluntarily paid for the item by paypal. the item was listed as 'pickup only'.
Upon confirmation of payment via text message, the buyer picked up the item. Following pickup there was communication that he was happy with his purchase.
Six weeks later i received notification from paypal that the buyer requested a chargeback claiming the finds were not authorised to be deducted from his account. This is crazy as he VILUNTARILY sent payment prior to me being able to send through a pyament request.
He has since cut commnication, not responding to phone or email.
