I posted out a package 1st class special delivery on the 15th december ,i sent the item to the address given through the buyer to Derbyshire i thought everything must of ran smooth as i never heard anything until a few days ago when i had a message from the buyer asking where his item was !! when i looked further into it the buyer location is Victoria Austrailia.. I looked at the tracking throu royal mail and its been sign for in derbyshire ,but now he wants me to ring up ebay and find out if his item as been lost along the way because the last thing he knows of its where abouts is Alfreton on the 19th dec..He as since opened a case against me and i thought since i posted it to the address given and it had been signed for that it would not be my responsability any more ! im confused can anyone help with if its my responsibilty or not ..I have reciepts of postage and its there to see on royal mail tracking page..
