Hello everyone,
I have created listings on ebay and its been 3 months since I have been unable to promote my listings via ad rates. The ad rates option which is usually available on every listing is reflecting on my listings which is why I am unable to promote my listings any idea how I get that option or what to do to get that? I contacted ebay they said I have to wait 90 days and my 90 days have been completed but still ad rate option is not reflecting on my listings.

Paying for promoted listings is usually a waste of money, you would be better off getting rid of stock photos and putting up your own photos - and also getting rid of the "buyer is responsible for return postage", that ONLY applies to a "change of mind" purchase, not a purchase where the item is faulty.
