i purchased some frozen charms on ebay to put on bracelets,could a kind person let me know if it would be alright for me to sell them

If you have the items in hand, they are yours to do with as you please.

So yes, you can sell them.

However some licenced merchandise is removed by ebay under instructions from the licence holders, but Disney items are regularly sold on ebay.
