am trying to add items to sell but for some reason it's not alowing me to do so and am not sure how to work it out.

when i hit on sell it takes to a page where i have to list the item then i hit the start selling button and it takes me to the logon page and i add my password and then nothing happens......any ideas what am doing wrong?
