As a seller how do you leave neg feedback to a non paying buyer? Non payment seams to be pretty common, only been selling for less than 12 months already had three non payers e-bay should ban non payers from bidding for 12 months, do they get any punishment at all????

You don't.

Sellers can not leave anything other than +ive feedback.

Open non payer disputes after 4 days if they have not paid then 4 days later close it to give them a non payer strike and you get our FVF back.

Then put blocks in place to stop non payers from buying from you.

To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.
