buyer asks for refund

hi i would just like some advice  please last week i sold a girls size 8 boots today i recieve a message under the title item not as described and the buyer is requesting a refund because she cant get them on her daughters feet even though she is a size 8 even though all my adds show no refunds im always happy to if the buyer is really unsatisfied my problem is my add is as described my daughter wore these boots when she was a size 8 the tag also clearly states its a size 8 i also added all measurments to my listing so how can it be not as described? im happy to refund her but i dont think im responsible for return post as i already posted them to her express post and only charged 6.50 also what about my fees ? please give me some suggestions on how to happily fix this problem thanks

I'd be telling the buyer that as the boots were described accurately including measurements you will be happy to give a refund of item cost only, (no postage at all), once they are returned to you.
