buyer complaining but has buyers remorse and wants refund

i have a buyer who is complaining about garments she bought which had very detailed descriptions, honest and lots of photos showing quality etc.

she is now complaining of quality and age of garments.

i think she has buyers remorse as i also state to ask me questions if in doubt, but she didnt before bidding.

she is seeking a full refund

 and i clearly state no refund.

obviously others have come up against this before?

and she is being very rude>>>>>>>

any thoughts
