The buyer of the dining table did not read as stated that the chairs were NOT included with the table, and would not pay for the table.
He was also very rude.
That is okay that he changed his mind, except that he left negative feedback to say that he wasted his time and money for a piece of rubbish, which the table is certainly not.
I believe this to be inappropriate feedback, and also quite nasty.
