buyer is asking for a refund

A buyer is asking for a refund of an Anthea Crawford evening jacket.  In the description I have placed measurements and have listed plenty of photos.  Her reason for wanting a refund is because the sleeves are puffy (basically the jacket does not fit her properly).

She has sent me photos and pretty much her arms are too short for the jacket so the sleeves are puffing out, plus she has only just gotten it out of the mail and it needs and iron.

I have listed that I will refund if I have grossly misrepresented my item, but I will not return for items that do not fit!  I do not want to refund, but am concerned with getting negative feedback.  I dont know what to do,  somebody please help!  How do you get around this situation without shooting yourself in the foot and buckling to every person who finds out their item doesnt fit?

You are under no obligation to refund for change of mind.

But if they open a dispute and win then they will be told to return for a full refund

If they open a dispute make sure you state why they should not be refunded as the item is as described.

Tell the buyer they can copy your listing to on sell if they want too.

If they leave neg then just leave a follow up to say buyer changed their mind as item is as described.

Or tell them you ill refund on return of the item in the condition it was sent less the postage costs.

If you do refund then DO NOT do it till you have it back and is exactly as you sent it.
