buying and selling issues

Hi,

If someone will sell item that was used. The buyer would then organise own pick as there was no pick up available. The buyer then will claim item was used more than described. There was screw missing and added few other small things. The unit works perfect and as stated in description used condition. If some of those issue could of been fault of freight that buyer used what sort of protection does the seller have?

Also if description stated to refund and there is really nothing technical wrong with unit just a matter of interpretation of the used condition of item.( general wear and tear with nothing broken or not working)

Would like to know if buyer could be just picky and is there any protection from sellers point of few? I mean for all i know the buyers freight could of caused some of those issues during freight.

The buyer obviously has no idea how things work,

How do you know the courier took exceptional care,  it is not your problem if he didn`t inspect first,  silly buyer as he would have to return at his expense anyway even with a non pick up item,

Do not agree to anything,  it is his now and he can deal with it, but has no grounds for a dispute and paypal would decide in your favor anyway.
