can i block a buyer

i have a buyer who has bid on four of my items.i went into her feedback,and it is terrible,she refuses to pay,and doesn't answer messages,i love ebay and have excellent feedback,but am scared of people like her.can someone give me advice thankyou kath

Add an eBay user to my Blocked Bidder/Buyer List

Copy and paste her name to the blocked bidder list.

You can if you want to remove her bids as well.

Then put in place the blocks to stop non payers that have been issed strikes from buying from you.

Normal 0 false false false EN-AU X-NONE

To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.
