I just creat new account and can not update my personal information if i click on it ''Some thing went wrong'' comes up and doesn't allow me to go further. Please solve this issue

None of us other members can solve this issue.
eBay don't read here, only other members.
Do a discussion board search for 'update personal information' and you will know as much as the rest of us. eBay don't read the discussion boards, either, but many more knowledgeable members inhabit them than the Answer Centre.
