cancelling selling international for bulk listings - or items currently listed AND future listings

one too many INRs due to covid & inpatient buyers & I'm done with international sales.  I read on one of these boards to 

https://www.ebay.com.au/ship/prf and exclude all international places... and also tick the box for existing listings.

it said it updated, but when I checked my listings it still shows international being selected on current listings.

previous to this I had been altering individually as I edited or relisted but its a slow process (and just had another US buyer I had to refund). 

how to I ensure this blocks all international sales please? as I have a second seller id to also amend.
