So I have the buyers address, as I'm sending him a package, I also have his mobile number... but I cannot provide him with MY contact details in case has any issues with his purchase?????

I go to sold items, contact buyer, and let him know it was due for delivery today, and if he has any issues contact me at -... oh no I cannot give him even an email address?

What kind of total **bleep**wittery is this? 

Sorry ebay, but it's **bleep** like this that is the reason I"m going to cancel my account as soon as this one is done.

-Jacking up fees - 10% of my merchandise cost to electronically list something??/ -your "costs" must be about 20c an item if that!

then when I ask for help I get some automated chat system that pretends I'm talking to a person, but it cannot answer the question - are you a real person?
