cannot list an item for sale, it keeps saying to wait for drafts, I don't have any

I cannot list any thing for sale, I have tryed everything, it either says opps having trouble try again later and the part where it says saved drafts a blue thing keeps going around and while that is happening i cannot go any further. My wife is also having trouble with trying to sell items. If we cannot sell on EBay we may as well look at gumtree to sell our items or Facebook. It has been a while since I have sold items but my wife sold a lot on her EBay site. c-wallis-03 and she has so much she now wants to start selling but she is having the same trouble. She listed a set of draws and wanted to sell other items but it too says opps while the draft blue thing is going around, she even left it running for about 15mins or so and it still does not stop. She has been trying for a few weeks now and every time she trys to list an item it still has the blue thing going around in drafts. 

Can you please tell us what the problem is so we can start selling our items.
