i had store let lapse as moved house.. i have been back on line selling for 3 weeks. and when i try opening a store am told i need to update my account details. when i go to update my account details i am told the name and email is already being used.. yes it is BY ME... as i have stated i have been selling and buying on line for 3 weeks but cannot reopen my old store or open a new one.. please help
