change region on ebay

Hi, I have moved to Australia. I want to change my region on ebay. they say region can only change on payoneer account. on payonner could not change so i deleted the account and create new one with the region Australia. Now I want to update the new payonner account to ebay but show me that you cannot as ebay and payoneer are different location. it is a loop any suggestions?

As far as I'm aware Payoneer doesn't work in Australia.

To sell with an Australian account you need to register for Managed Payments.
