classified listing fees

i used to list a particular item on ebay under the classified section and i got 15 free listings a month. i am now trying to sell the same item but the category i always used is now gone as its no longer allowed for classified listings. all of the other categories available for use seem to have a minimum insertion fee of $19.99

is there any way for me to use the classifieds listings for free please?

thanks so much for that info. i think its time for me to walk away from ebay and look at other auction sites. i cannot pay $19.99 in fees for a $7 item. its a shame because ive been a member of ebay for many years. the end of an era... ?:|
