Hi. I had a buyer ask if i do combined post. I replied 'yes' and gave them cost for the 4 items they were after. They bought the 4 items and paid post for only 1 item. I sent a message asking for the extra amount for the postage, but i have not received a reply or extra payment. What do i do now?
