When is it deemed that the seller has collected payment for postage?
Is it charged at the end of the sale irrespective of whether you have been paid ?
is it linked to when payment has been made via paypal?
I offer items for sale with postage quote stated on web page ,at times people elect to collect the item .
Am i still liable for commission on postage?even though it was never included in the final sale?
