I only sell with Buy It Now in my store... ebay then sends some or maybe all buyers an email saying YOU HAVE WON item no **** - I have now had 4 different buyers email me asking how to claim their FREE item that they won when they have actually only bought the item they intended to buy - how can I stop ebay sending these emails? or change it to say you have BOUGHT not WON
