discount for buyer

Is it possible to give a discount NOT a postage discount to a buyer. My buyer entered the wrong amount $860-00 instead of $8-60 when bidding and I am trying to accomodate him by offering a realistic price on the item to combine with his other purchase. I have tried to (-) the amount in the invoice without any luck. What is the good of the add on costs/give discount section if you can't do it?? I am thinking the only other option is the resolution centre am I right? Any help from the enlightened ones would be appreciated. 🙂

Ask them to agree to a mutual cancellation so you get the FVF refunded and then list a BIN at the agreed price for the item.

Just giving a discount you are still up for the full final value fees.
