Can somebody please tell me who at ebay I should contact about a buyer who bought something from me but now the buyer refuses to pick up the item and pay. Btw, ebay has charged their commission
No need to contact anybody.
Open a non-paying buyer case (if it's been more than 4 days and less than 32), close it 4 days later and your fees will be refunded.
As an addendum, failure to pay doesn't equate to dishonest.
Maybe read the eBay FAQs on selling to reduce angst on further sales.
