I recently received payment via e-cheque but the details on the Paypal transaction showed 'Not Eligible for Seller Protection'.
What kind of cover does a seller have if they are paid via e-cheq against a buyer opening a case? Surely the buyer can still open a case with Paypal if they pay via e-cheq and aren't happy with the product, or it goes missing etc? If I tick the 'immediate payment' option in my listings - what does that do? I believe it stops e-cheques but what are the ramifications of doing this? Thanks for your help.
