Yes, the regulars here know this
Despite what buyers who choose to ignore policies and time limits and then claim 'eBay only cares about sellers' might try to have others believe
On the bright side, neutrals do not affect your 100% positive rating and you have explained what happened in your replies to the feedback
You are correct that eBay don't do anything and don't care. It is all automated to their line of "it was the buyer's experience'
Hopefully you have added the trouble makers to your blocked list
