eBay flat rate satchels

I have been using small flat rate satchels for parcels up to 5kg and suddenly the platform will not allow this stating that the parcel is either too heavy or too big yet I can purchase the labels through mypost business at a slightly higher price. Any suggestions?

Go to one of your own listings with flat rate satchel, sell similar, tweak from there

Use dimensions that eBay will accept. They aren't monitoring the size of your parcels.
