I have had a credit of $8.05 for a few years from a cancelled postage, I thought the only way to gain it back was to sell again on Ebay but no luck, sold an item but was charged the full amount of fees and still have a credit of $8.05 how can I ever get it back, also sick of Ebay charging fees on postage costs

As for fees on postage, we can thank all the idiots trying to dodge fees by listing items for $1 and $500 postage.

The credit may have remained as I have recently returned to selling and appear to be getting no charges on sales. If you were charged then select help at the top and scroll to chat to see if they can use the credit for your fees.

With such a small amount I would just leave it and wait until it gets used when you need to list a classified or similar.
