ebay wont let me list my item as it says i haven't put in my banking details

It keeps saying that i haven't added my bank information and i have many times. I try to add it again and it says "change your banking information" as it already has my correct information.
It won't let me the list the item as it keeps sayings i've missed the bank information
please help
