Re the Ebay Fee Free Pomotion for sellers:   It's not to be used in conjunction with any other coupons/offers.

I'm wondering if, I use a coupon, as a buyer, if  that counts, and affects my free fees as a seller;

or, does it mean that if someone buys one of my items and uses a coupon, that then I would pay fees on that item?

I haven't seen the promo myself but going by the title this usually means that the seller gets to list for free and when an item sells they also don't pay the usual fee. No benefit for the buyer just the seller.
