I had an ebayer win an item, my terms are that I only accept Paypal, I have explained that I do not have internet banking in the listing and that I live rurally I cannot keep an eye on incoming payments promptly if paid by bank deposit. Anyway after about a week the buyer sends me an email and demands to pay by direct deposit. I informed her very kindly that I have outlined payment terms clearly and that I do not accept bank deposit. I didn't hear anything from her for a few days. I sent a cancellation request, not a did not pay strike. She agreed and bid cancelled. She then left me bad feedback. I have requested retraction, but have not had reply. Can I get ebay to have the feedback retracted?
