funds on hold

Since i cant find any way to talk to an actual human when it comes to trying to contact support on this website,

Would anyone know particularly why I have had some funds in my account from something i sold 3 months ago now, still processing? There is absolutely no information given to me when i go to check why its still not available to cash out. just says its there and theres nothing i can do lol

alternatively if there is an email or something someone has to contact an actual staff member in ebay support that would be fantastic thank uu x

Is this just for some  transactions ?

Have you been receiving regular payouts through managed payments  ?

Some payments  may  be on hold , but not usually longer than 14 - 30 days.
