Getting Paid

Is this for the $5000 item that you sold  ?

If the buyer didn't pay, you can cancel a  transaction  after 4 days for  an  unpaid item

If the buyer paid,  and as long as you're verified to sell and signed up for managed payments

Your payment will be on hold for 14 - 30 days

Have a look at the Payments tab in your Seller Hub for more details

You'd probably be better served if you direct your complaints to a human. Complaining to an "AI device" is a futile exercise, as it will only generate an AI response which may or may not be relevant to your situation.

What are you wanting to complain about re getting paid?

Has the buyer not paid?

Are your funds on hold due to eBay seeing you as a 'new' seller?

No use complaining to bots about either
