I had an item for sale. Someone contacted me and we agreed on the offer. Turns out he was a scammer. So i cancelled the transaction. Now i would like to relist the item. But i get a message saying that the relist function is unavailable.
Has the cancellation completed? Usually, when a transaction is cancelled using the "Buyer hasn't paid" option, the item relists automatically - unless you toggle the relist switch off.
On rare occasions, I have found the toggle switch in the off position by default. If I don't pick it up quick enough when this happens, I simply use "Sell similar" to create a new, identical listing.
I would just make a new listing.
