how can I cancel refund transaction

Hi ,

I am a seller. I canceled order and the system showed the cancel is complete. I did not receive cancel confirm e-mail and the buyer like to change the item color now. Could you help me keep the order and the paypal payment fund? The item number is 402286537701 and the order number is 10-05369-40599. Many Thanks Hardy

eBay doesn't read here and they don't assist in transactions.

You will need to work it out with the buyer.

If the first transaction is refunded and cancelled then the buyer needs to make another purchase for the right colour.
