I started listing my items thinking I had 40 per month free but no, I have only 10.
After asking I was told to fill out the form below, after selecting "request higher listing"
user ID
phone (specific landline spaces and I only have a mobile number)
postcode
After I've filled this in and click continue screen reverts back to original blank form.
I don't understand. I cannot be the only person to experience this when starting on eBay?
