Maybe countries who use those dimensions think that Australian ones are the charming word you use and not 'normal'
Are you logged into the eBay Australia website when you are listing ?
Have you done a 'sell similar' from an internation site?
Have you fully completed sign up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell before you even worry about listing at all?
Maybe try asking other members without yelling and using names
