I created an unpaid item case, but then the buyer made payment. I have marked the item as paid, but the item still remains in my unpaid item case list with a message saying i am awaiting payment. The only option on the page is to close the case, but I believe that will give the buyer a strike and return my fees, which of course I don't want to happen. I just want it removed and reflecting the buyer paid. Is there a way for me to close this case, or must I wait until it automatically closes?
